Financial support for Oversea students

Limited financial support is available for presentations by full-time students lived in overseas. Student presenters who are interested in getting this support should download an application form and send 1) The filled form and 2) A copy of your student ID card to the SSDM Secretariat directly (e-mail:) prior to the end of August,2010.

SSDM 2010 will check your application and will inform you the result before September 10. If your application is accepted, you will get a document format from the SSDM Secretariat by e-mail. This is the document for confirming that your supervisor accepts you to get the support from SSDM2010. Please bring this confirmation document with your own and your supervisor’s signatures and your student ID card to the conference.

The support will be done by cash (Japanese yen). It will NOT be paid BEFORE finishing your presentation.

After the presentation, please come to the Secretariat office on the venue during the conference.
