If you receive an email or call from a company claiming that they will help your registration of SSDM2024, it is a scam. Do not send your credit card details under any circumstances. The Organizing Committee has nothing to do with those companies.

The online registration will start in early June.

  • (1) Registration Fee for the Conference includes followings:
    *Admission to the Plenary Session on Sep. 2.
    *Admission to all technical sessions and Special Talk Session from Sep. 1 to Sep. 4.
    *Extended Abstracts (will be provided on the electronic material)
  • (2) Students are required to submit a copy of valid student ID upon registration.

Special Talk Session

Special Talk Session is a FREE open session, please note that Special Talk Session will be held only in Japanese. English translation will be arranged accordingly.

Registration will be completed only with full payment.

All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.

    Invoice and Receipt

    You can download invoice and receipt from My Page. Please be noted that any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.

    Change & Cancellation Policy

    After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to SSDM Registration Desk (ssdm.jp registration).

    The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time] except the National Holidays in Japan. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.

    Registration / Short Course / Banquet

    • Before and on August 16 (JST) --- No Charge
    • On or after August 17 (JST) --- 100% of the registration fee/NO REFUND

    Refund

    Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee, and the cancellation penalties.
    If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
    If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account.

    Notice :

    Refund of your payment will not be conducted automatically.
    If refund occurs due to the change or cancellation of your registration, please contact SSDM Registration Desk
    (ssdm.jp registration) with your name and Registration Number.
