A Recent advances in organic electronics

With the expectation of IoT and environmentally friendly society, electronics technologies based on light-weight materials at little energy consumption are desired. This course focuses on advances in organic electronics provoked by recently emerged organic materials. The series lectures cover material development for both polymers and small molecules, charge transport theory and electronics applications.

B 5G evolution and beyond

5G service is available in more than 30 countries and regions, and users have experienced incredible improvements in data speeds and wireless capacity. 5G is a core technology for IoT and future every industry and accelerates the development of many other creative technologies and services. An innovative semiconductor device and material technology drives this evolution. In this short course, we will focus on current status and future prospects of Solid-State Devices and Materials technology for 5G evolution and beyond. Also, the role of memory/storage-centric design approaches and packaging technologies for creating new value for markets in the 5G era are discussed.
