    • * Admission to all Technical Sessions from Sep. 28 to Sep. 30.
    • * Online access to download the abstracts of Plenary Session and Technical Sessions.
  • (2) Registration Fee for “Tutorial Session and Short Course” include followings:
    • * Admission to the Tutorial Session, Short Course A, and Short Course B on Sep. 27.
    • * Admission to the Plenary Session on Sep. 28.
    • * Online access to download the presentation handouts of Tutorial Session and Short Course as well as the abstracts of Plenary Session.
Registration will be completed only with full payment.

Confirmation

Confirmation Sheet will be e-mailed for those who completed the payment.

All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.

      However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
    • * Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

Receipt

Please kindly note that we ask all participants to download your receipts. Any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.

For those who registered before and on Sept. 23
Receipt can be downloaded from your page of registration site on and after September, 24.

(ID and password for the registration site are different from the ones for the virtual conference site.)
After logging in your page, please press button “Receipt download” and download your receipt.
Downloading receipt is available before and after the conference schedule but your prompt action would be highly appreciated.

For those who registered on and after Sept. 24
After logging in the conference site (EventHub site), click your profile (your name on the top right), select ticket, then click [Show Receipt]. Print the receipt if you need.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Your registration cannot be changed online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to SSDM Registration Desk (ssdm2020-regist@or.knt.co.jp).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30-17:30 [Japan time]. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.

  • Before and on September 23 --- No Charge
  • On or after September 24 --- 100% of the registration fee/NO REFUND

Refund

Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee, and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us your bank account.

Notice:

Refund of your payment will not be conducted automatically.
If refund occurs due to the change or cancellation of your registration, please contact SSDM Registration Desk (ssdm2020-regist@or.knt.co.jp) with your name and Registration Number.
