Guidelines for Exhibitions

The price of Exhibitors Package is : 200,000 Japanese yen (Tax excluded)

This Package includes:

• Three days exhibition starting on Tuesday morning, September 11 running until Thursday September 13, 2018.
• An exhibition area of W1980mm × H2100mm (including Company Nameplate)
• Electricity is available (AC 100V 0.5kw /per booth)
• An active link to the exhibitor's website from the SSDM2018 website
• Free Admission to all SSDM2018 sessions, Tuesday, September 11 through Thursday, September 13, 2018 for one person and one ticket for the Banquet, Thesday, September 11.
• One set of Extended Abstracts
• Complimentary ONE full-page monochrome advertisement in the conference program
• Complimentary poster presentation at a poster session
