• (1) “Registration Fee” includes the followings:
  • Admission to the Plenary Session on Sep. 28.
  • Admission to all technical sessions and rump sessions from Sep. 28 to Sep. 30.
  • Extended Abstracts which will be provided by a USB memory and a DVD (No printed copy). Those who wish to attend Short Course are requested to make registration and pay fee for Short Course in addition to the session registration.
• (2) “Short Course” registration includes the followings:
  • Admission to the two courses.
  • One printed copy of the text book for the primary course that you chose.
    (You can purchase a printed copy of the text book of other course.)
• (3) “Students” are required to submit a copy of their current student ID upon registration, and to present their student ID at the registration desk. For details, see registration site. Also, limited financial support for overseas students is available.

In order to request visa support by the organizer, you must meet all the requirements below.

• 1. You have submitted your abstract.
• 2. Your paper is accepted.
• 3. You have completed online registration.
• 4. Your registration fee have been paid.

* Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, visa support cannot be accepted.
