• (1) “Registration Fee” includes the followings:
  • Admission to the Plenary Session on Sep. 27.
  • Admission to all technical sessions and rump sessions from Sep. 27 to Sep. 29.
  • Extended Abstracts
    Those who wish to attend Short Course are requested to make registration and pay fee for Short Course in addition to the session registration.
• (2) “Short Course” registration includes the followings:
  • Admission to the two courses.
  • One printed copy of the text book for the primary course that you chose.
    (You can purchase a printed copy of the text book of other course.)
• (3) “Students” are required to submit a copy of their current student ID upon registration, and to present their student ID at the registration desk. For details, see registration site. Also, limited financial support for overseas students is available.

Visa

If you need a visa to enter Japan, we will help you to supply documentation for the visa support:

• Letter of guarantee
• Letter of reason for invitation
• Schedule of stay

For the details of the documentation, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).

In order to request the visa support by the organizer, you must meet all the requirements below.

Indispensable condition to request the visa support;

• 1. You have submitted your abstract.
• 2. Your paper is accepted.
• 3. You have completed online registration.
• 4. Your registration fee has been paid.
• 5. If you wish to bring any accompanying persons and request the visa support for him/her with yours, he/she must be your legal spouse or children.

* Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be accepted.

Your request for the visa support will be accepted after the paper selection is finalized (the end of July). Please make sure you meet the above requirements before you request.
